Director of Corporate Systems

Job Summary

Director of Corporate Systems is a full-time role responsible for leading the people and finance systems function, overseeing the strategy and operations of corporate systems, and managing a team of specialists in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the corporate systems portfolio, including HRIS, ERP, and integration management
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of People Systems and Finance Systems specialists
• Act as a technical partner to finance and people organizations, translating requirements into effective systems solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems, with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP
• Proven track record managing corporate systems through scaling milestones
• Strong technical fluency in integration patterns and APIs
• Experience in hiring and developing systems engineers and analysts in a remote team
