Director of Corporate Systems

Job Summary

Director of Corporate Systems, oversees the strategy and operations of corporate systems within a remote, full-time role, focusing on HRIS, ERP, and integration management while leading a team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the corporate systems portfolio roadmap across HRIS, ERP, and procurement
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of People and Finance Systems specialists
• Act as the technical partner to finance and people organizations, translating requirements into effective systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems, with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Deep experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP, including configuration and integrations
• Proven track record managing corporate systems through scaling milestones and operational changes
• Strong technical fluency in integration patterns and modern identity management
• Experience in hiring and developing remote systems engineers and analysts
