Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time hybrid Director of Corporate Systems will define the CRM platform vision, optimize business processes across customer-facing platforms, and manage a global team to drive enterprise transformation efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the CRM platform vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives
- Architect and optimize Lead-to-Cash lifecycle workflows in collaboration with various business functions
- Lead the design of data architecture to support intelligent automation and data governance across the organization
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or digital transformation, with 10+ years in Salesforce platform leadership
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and connected GTM systems
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, AI platforms, and CRM analytics
- Proven track record managing large global teams and delivering enterprise-grade transformation programs
- Experience with M&A system integration is highly desirable
