Job Summary

To support the deployment and optimization of enterprise Cost of Care solutions, the full-time Director of Cost of Care Solutions will manage operational frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for Cost of Care solution domains, overseeing their lifecycle from deployment to continuous improvement
• Lead market optimization engagements to assess implementation maturity and recommend operational enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment of enterprise solutions across diverse markets

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or related fields
• Proven success in implementing complex initiatives across multiple sites or markets
• Experience collaborating directly with physicians and operational leaders to enhance performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable operational strategies
