Director of Coverage

Job Summary

Driving business growth and managing client relationships, the full-time remote Director of Coverage will develop strategic partnerships with private equity clients and portfolio companies while leading project teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with top-tier Private Equity clients and Portfolio Companies
• Scope engagements by collaborating with clients to understand their needs and leverage Crosslake's technical capabilities
• Lead client-facing project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery

Required qualifications

• Professional services firm experience at manager level or higher, ideally with a focus on technology or private equity
• Demonstrated history of excellence in people management
• Deep familiarity with modern technology stacks, enterprise IT, AI, and disruptive technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a knack for establishing trusted advisor relationships
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
