Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end omnichannel creative strategy across assigned brands, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Strategists, ensuring quality standards and strategic alignment
  • Architect and oversee creative testing roadmaps and performance analysis to drive actionable insights and optimize creative output


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in digital creative strategy within performance marketing, particularly in paid social
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a creative or strategic role
  • Strong background in Direct Response marketing and a clear understanding of performance drivers
  • Experience with Motion for creative analysis and proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and manage multiple high-impact workstreams
