Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an influencer acquisition strategy to engage relevant influencers
• Lead and manage a team responsible for onboarding and activating influencers
• Oversee the onboarding process for influencers, ensuring a seamless experience from sign up to activation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in acquisition/sales in the influencer space
• Experience in leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong network of influencer contacts and experience in managing relationships
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and evaluate influencer performance
