Director of Creator Commerce

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commerce + Creator.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the Creator Commerce division, including revenue forecasting and margin management
• Lead and develop a management team across various functions, ensuring high standards and accountability
• Build operational systems and processes to support scalable practice operations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing, with 2+ years in creator commerce or affiliate marketing
• Experience in building or scaling a creator commerce practice, including team structuring and operational systems
• Solid understanding of the social commerce ecosystem and GMV-driven business models
• P&L ownership experience, including revenue forecasting and financial performance communication
• Proven track record of developing managers and building consistently performing teams
