Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Creator & Influencer Growth to lead the expansion of their creator ecosystem in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators across various platforms to build a scalable creator acquisition engine
• Expand and diversify the network of influencers and establish onboarding processes for performance-driven campaigns
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to match creators to campaigns and define best practices for creator-driven acquisition

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social growth
• Proven experience in building or scaling a creator ecosystem
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate economics
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of creator performance metrics
• Experience in fintech, personal finance media, or regulated industries is a plus
