A company is looking for a Director, Creator Growth and Support to lead strategies for creator acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the scaled acquisition and activation strategy for creators across prioritized verticals
• Lead partnerships that drive distribution, awareness, and adoption
• Design and operationalize onboarding experiences for top creators and businesses

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, or marketing leadership
• Proven success in designing and scaling acquisition systems across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of creator behavior and what drives adoption and retention
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and turning data into strategic insights
• Experience with SMB and creator-preneur segments is a plus
