Job Summary
Leading the expansion of the creator ecosystem, the full-time salaried Director of Creator Growth will build and scale creator partnerships across financial services, focusing on sourcing and activating high-quality creators while collaborating with internal marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit creators across various platforms to build a scalable creator acquisition engine
- Expand and diversify QuinStreet's network of influencers and establish onboarding processes for performance-driven campaigns
- Collaborate with internal category leaders to match creators to campaigns and define best practices for creator-driven acquisition
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social growth
- Proven experience in building or scaling a creator ecosystem
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate economics
- Ability to identify creators who drive trust and customer acquisition
- Experience in fintech, personal finance media, or regulated industries is a plus
