Director of Creator Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Creator Network ecosystem, the full-time salaried Director of Creator Operations will build and optimize operational infrastructure, manage contract workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive new business initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage contract pipelines and accelerate internal approval workflows as the primary operational contact for the Legal team
• Oversee operational support for podcast acquisitions and new creator-led media expansions, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
• Lead strategic operational planning for new B2C and B2B creator-led business concepts while optimizing backend workflows

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in business operations or business development, preferably within the creator economy or digital media
• Demonstrated ability to create organized, scalable systems in fast-paced environments
• Proven expertise in navigating complex contract workflows with internal legal teams
• Experience or strong interest in launching digital content programs and managing new business lines
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments
