Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment Department for multi-specialty providers
• Develop and train staff on policies, procedures, and workflows to support daily operations
• Manage Credentialing Committee and ensure compliance with Delegation requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience as a Credentialing, Licensing, and/or Enrollment Specialist
• At least five years of experience managing a team of five or more members
• Experience with Verifiable and Athena systems
• Knowledge of Licensure and Medicaid guidelines across multiple markets
• Strong organizational skills
