Director of Credentialing

Job Summary

Leading the credentialing operations for a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Director of Credentialing will manage provider enrollment, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational processes while overseeing a high-performing credentialing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment activities
• Oversee verification processes and manage provider files and documentation within credentialing software
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
• 7 or more years of credentialing experience in a healthcare organization
• 3 or more years of leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, NCQA, URAC, and payer credentialing requirements
• Proficiency with credentialing software systems and digital document management
