Director of Credentialing and Enrollment

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Provider Credentialing & Enrollment (NCQA).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of provider credentialing and payer enrollment on a national level
• Manage a national team to ensure consistency in hiring, training, onboarding, and skill development
• Ensure compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payer enrollment and/or managed care credentialing
• Comprehensive knowledge of NCQA standards and compliance with payers
• Extensive people management experience
• Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects
