Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Credentialing, Licensing & Payer Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Credentialing & Licensing team
• Design and implement scalable credentialing and enrollment workflows
• Oversee payer enrollment and coordinate payer contracting submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience in credentialing or provider enrollment
• 3-5+ years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or related fields
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer enrollment processes
• Proficiency with credentialing systems and reporting tools
