Director of Credit

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Credit to drive credit performance and influence lending strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze credit portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop credit strategies that balance growth, risk management, and customer experience
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to implement scalable underwriting policies and present insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in credit risk, lending analytics, or credit strategy
• Strong expertise in credit portfolio analytics and risk management
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python for statistical analysis
• Experience in predictive modeling and risk model development
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
