Director of Credit Systems
Job Summary
Leading the modernization of credit decisioning platforms, the full-time Director of Credit Systems will translate credit policies into system configurations, drive platform enhancements, and provide strategic leadership for credit technology transformation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for credit technology and transformation initiatives
- Migrate credit workflows from legacy systems to automated decisioning platforms and design end-to-end workflows for credit operations
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for credit decisioning platforms, ensuring reliable integration and system performance monitoring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of progressive experience in credit administration or fintech risk platforms, with 3 years in a management role
- Hands-on experience with credit decisioning platforms such as Oscilar, Alloy, or GDS Link
- Strong understanding of API integrations and system architecture, including data mapping and data flows
- Experience designing automated underwriting workflows for consumer and dealer underwriting
