Director of CRM

Job Summary

To support a growing e-commerce initiative, the full-time remote Director of CRM will manage and evolve the CRM program for Ashley Furniture, focusing on consumer revenue growth through email and SMS marketing, while overseeing operational performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the CRM calendar and oversee lifecycle journey strategies to drive revenue and engagement goals
• Monitor email and SMS send volume, identify budget risks, and recommend program adjustments
• Lead a team of senior managers and specialists, fostering their growth and development within the CRM program

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of email and SMS marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC and retail environments
• Proven track record managing and developing teams of 2 or more
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Hands-on experience with email development and familiarity with Zeta or comparable ESP platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to synthesize large datasets and identify actionable insights
