Job Summary
Leading customer lifecycle marketing strategies, the full-time remote Director of CRM will define and optimize initiatives for iCasino and online Sportsbook, manage omni-channel marketing communications, and collaborate with the martech team to enhance performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing strategies for iCasino and online Sportsbook
- Lead the development and management of automated, segmented, and personalized CRM initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to build dynamic segmentation and monitor dashboards for CRM channel performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
- 8+ years of experience in online gaming lifecycle marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and track performance
- Proven managerial and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and manage multiple priorities effectively
