Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, CRM & Loyalty Programs to lead and enhance its customer lifecycle and loyalty strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the holistic lifecycle and loyalty roadmap, defining customer journeys from acquisition to long-term advocacy
  • Lead the evolution of the loyalty program structure to drive increased purchase frequency and lifetime value
  • Oversee the integrated marketing calendar and ensure brand consistency across various channels
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of CRM, lifecycle, retention, or loyalty marketing experience in B2C eCommerce or DTC
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with proven success in customer acquisition and retention
  • Deep expertise in email, SMS, and lifecycle automation
  • Experience in building and managing loyalty programs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platform migrations and/or CDP implementations
