Director of CRM Initiatives

Job Summary

Leading high-impact strategic initiatives, the full-time Director of CRM Initiatives will work remotely to enhance patient transitions and attributions, develop go-to-market strategies, and integrate CRM tools for business intelligence and performance measurement.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop CRM reporting to maximize performance and transparency
• Significantly impact patient attribution rates through strategic initiatives
• Drive improved analytics and reporting related to sales and retention efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in health plan or provider sales and patient transition
• CRM management responsibility; sales certification preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mentality
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
