Key Responsibilities

Identify and solve Customer Relationship Management related issues
Lead teams to manage projects providing innovative digital CRM solutions
Provide strategic direction for the overall CRM program and drive innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields
Master's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Understanding of international Healthcare business
7+ years of experience in innovation processes and leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with large commercial CRM platforms
