Director of CRM Insights
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of CRM capabilities, the full-time remote Director of CRM Insights will manage the current Salesforce.com administration while architecting a strategy to evolve towards an automated, insights-driven data ecosystem that enhances revenue and pipeline insights across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution to evolve CRM from a manual platform to an integrated data solution
- Define the long-term vision for CRM insights and reduce reliance on manual data entry through automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data integrations and improve CRM processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce.com as an administrator, developer, or manager
- Experience leading data migration initiatives towards an integrated, automated data ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with AI-based tools and coding/scripting abilities (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
