Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director / Senior Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the CRM & retention strategy across the full player lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
- Design and optimize lifecycle programs and campaigns to enhance user activation and retention
- Manage segmentation strategy and partner with Data Analytics to build predictive models for user behavior
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2C CRM / Lifecycle / Retention marketing with at least 4-5 years at a Director+ level
- Deep experience in real-money gaming / gambling, understanding player behavior and regulatory constraints
- Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms and data tooling
- Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and experiment design
- Genuine passion for sports and sports betting culture
