Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / Senior Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the CRM & retention strategy across the full player lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
  • Design and optimize lifecycle programs and campaigns to enhance user activation and retention
  • Manage segmentation strategy and partner with Data Analytics to build predictive models for user behavior
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in B2C CRM / Lifecycle / Retention marketing with at least 4-5 years at a Director+ level
  • Deep experience in real-money gaming / gambling, understanding player behavior and regulatory constraints
  • Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms and data tooling
  • Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and experiment design
  • Genuine passion for sports and sports betting culture
