Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle roadmap to drive member retention and long-term value across various health communities
  • Execute automated member journeys tailored to different segments and chronic conditions
  • Oversee the CRM marketing ecosystem and ensure data integrity and deliverability
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in digital health, health tech, or subscription-based consumer products preferred
  • Deep expertise in messaging automation platforms and familiarity with HTML/templating
  • Expert-level ability to interpret complex data sets for marketing insights
  • A genuine passion for helping people with chronic conditions find community and support
