Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, CRM Programs and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the overall customer strategy, lifecycle strategies, and CRM vision
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CRM Program members to foster a high-performance culture
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major CRM initiatives and establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in CRM Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, or Consumer Insights
  • 5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading teams
  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Expertise in CRM best practices and strategic frameworks
  • Proven experience with budget management and resource planning
