Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overall customer strategy, lifecycle strategies, and CRM vision
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CRM Program members to foster a high-performance culture
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major CRM initiatives and establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in CRM Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, or Consumer Insights
- 5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading teams
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in CRM best practices and strategic frameworks
- Proven experience with budget management and resource planning
