Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, CRM Programs & Ops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the customer strategy and CRM vision for assigned business domains
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM Program members, fostering high performance and talent development
  • Oversee the delivery of major CRM initiatives and establish KPIs to track success and inform strategic decisions


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in CRM Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, or Consumer Insights
  • 5+ years of management experience with a track record of leading teams
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale CRM initiatives
  • Expertise in CRM best practices and strategic frameworks
