Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, CRM Programs & Ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the customer strategy and CRM vision for assigned business domains
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM Program members, fostering high performance and talent development
- Oversee the delivery of major CRM initiatives and establish KPIs to track success and inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in CRM Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, or Consumer Insights
- 5+ years of management experience with a track record of leading teams
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Proven experience in leading large-scale CRM initiatives
- Expertise in CRM best practices and strategic frameworks
