Job Summary
Building a high-performing team, the full-time Director of CRM Sales will drive new business growth in the Enterprise Technology vertical, develop sales strategies, and engage with C-level executives while working in a flexible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of CRM Sales Executives to drive sales growth nationally
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations to effectively penetrate the market
- Engage in territory planning and support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Required qualifications
- Located in a major metro area in the United States
- Proven success in selling software within the Enterprise Technology vertical
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Strong track record in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and financial planning skills to meet sales quotas
