Director of CRM Strategy

Job Summary

Leading CRM strategy initiatives, the full-time Director of CRM Strategy will manage Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud migration, serve as the primary liaison for Global Development and Data & Technology, and enhance fundraising operations through effective CRM solutions in a national remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Translate fundraising business needs into CRM requirements and enhancements, ensuring effective governance and data architecture
• Lead the migration from Salesforce NPSP to NPC, coordinating business requirements and overseeing user readiness
• Develop and maintain CRM reporting and dashboards to track performance and trends, while championing CRM adoption and data quality initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7 years of experience with Salesforce CRM and nonprofit development, including expertise in Salesforce NPSP and NPC
• Proven ability to translate complex fundraising needs into CRM solutions and manage system integrations
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools, preferably Tableau, and strong data governance skills
• Deep understanding of nonprofit philanthropy and constituent relationship management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
