Job Summary

Driving the evolution of marketing tactics, the full-time remote Director of Cross Channel Engagement will manage cross-functional partnerships to enhance brand strategy execution, optimize content deployment, and implement new processes and tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to coordinate customer capabilities and optimize execution across channels
  • Lead weekly interactions with channel operations teams to uncover insights and expand capability utilization
  • Educate teams on new self-service tools and document best practices to enhance content capabilities
Required qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 4 years, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, or engagement operations
  • 10+ years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or cross-channel engagement preferred
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a proven record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with content effectiveness metrics and performance KPIs
  • Experience in developing executional playbooks and navigating regulated industries is a plus
