Job Summary

Director of Cross-Sell & Upsell is a full-time remote position responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving expansion revenue across key accounts in the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a small team of Account Managers while overseeing personal client accounts
  • Drive expansion sales cycles and build long-term relationships with top accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and implement strategies for cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in expansion sales or strategic account management
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams while achieving commercial outcomes
  • Structured approach to creating repeatable sales processes and playbooks
  • Experience with multi-product SaaS environments is highly valuable
  • Comfort with data analysis and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
