Job Summary
Director of Cross-Sell & Upsell is a full-time remote position responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving expansion revenue across key accounts in the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a small team of Account Managers while overseeing personal client accounts
- Drive expansion sales cycles and build long-term relationships with top accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and implement strategies for cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in expansion sales or strategic account management
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams while achieving commercial outcomes
- Structured approach to creating repeatable sales processes and playbooks
- Experience with multi-product SaaS environments is highly valuable
- Comfort with data analysis and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
