Director of Crypto Protocols

Job Summary

Driving the technical strategy for Hastra's DeFi projects, the full-time remote Director of Crypto Protocols will lead the architecture and delivery of the PRIME protocol while actively developing production systems using Golang, Rust, and Solidity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of the PRIME protocol through Hastra
• Design and build core protocol services across RWA DeFi, tokenization, and cross-chain infrastructure
• Mentor engineers and maintain a hands-on role in the codebase while overseeing technical direction for new projects

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of software engineering experience focused on production-ready backend and blockchain architectures
• Deep technical proficiency in Rust, Golang, and/or Solidity
• Direct experience with Ethereum and Solana environments, with knowledge of other blockchain ecosystems being advantageous
• Proven track record in DeFi, smart contracts, and cross-chain infrastructure
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred, though significant practical experience is highly valued
