Job Summary

Seeking a results-oriented Director of Culinary and Procurement for the Latin America and Caribbean region, this full-time remote position will manage culinary strategy, optimize procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences and operational performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead culinary strategy and food & beverage program development across the region
  • Implement brand standards and optimize procurement and sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support new hotel openings and drive sustainability initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in culinary operations, food & beverage, or procurement within hospitality
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional initiatives and developing operational strategies
  • Strong understanding of supplier management and strategic sourcing
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
