Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Curriculum Operations to manage the development and maintenance of curricular materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage departmental resources and budget
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to improve systems and processes
• Support team members through mentorship, guidance, and training to enhance efficiency and alignment with product vision

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education publishing, curriculum development, or K-12 education services
• 5+ years of experience in a team leadership role managing employees, contractors, or vendors
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree required
