Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Custom Solutions Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer-specific solutions, including AI-driven workflows and custom applications
• Provide strategic technical guidance on Python-based application design and API development
• Drive software development lifecycle best practices and oversee the design of secure, scalable APIs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Python and experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with AI/ML tools and integrating conversational AI into production systems
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
• Proven success in high-growth SaaS environments or enterprise software organizations
