Job Summary
Leading the evolution of customer acquisition, the full-time Director of Customer Acquisition will own strategy and execution for driving net-new customer growth, managing a global team, and optimizing the customer journey across multiple acquisition channels in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own net-new customer acquisition performance and develop growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead a multi-disciplinary growth organization focused on various acquisition channels including SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization
- Build and scale a predictable lead generation engine in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth, customer acquisition, or related fields
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and pipeline generation at scale
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels including SEO, affiliate marketing, and demand generation
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing growth initiatives across various channels
- Ability to analyze data to connect channel performance with business outcomes
