Job Summary
To drive impactful customer stories and enhance business outcomes, the full-time remote Director of Customer Advocacy will lead initiatives that transform customer partnerships into commercial value while managing stakeholder relations across sales, marketing, and executive teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Quantify and drive customer advocacy contributions to sales velocity and pipeline acceleration
- Translate complex customer implementations into compelling narratives that support strategic solution wins
- Lead the North America Advocacy team, ensuring the development and execution of high-impact customer reference programs
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in customer marketing and communications in enterprise technology or SaaS
- 12+ years of experience developing and executing customer advocacy strategies and reference programs
- 12+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
