Job Summary
Leading the execution and continuous improvement of customer data capabilities, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Data Management will oversee data governance, drive operational excellence, and enhance the customer experience while working remotely or from various office locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Data Management function, ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of customer data
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through standardization and optimization of data management workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless data integration and alignment across systems and processes
Required qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in Customer Data Management or related functions within financial services or insurance
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management principles
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Experience leading and developing teams with a focus on engagement and performance
- Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement methodologies
