Director of Customer Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Delivery Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead performance accountability by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions for underperformance
• Oversee global trade compliance and drive cost improvements across the supply chain

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or 15 years of Operations experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with high-level ERP/MRP systems is mandatory
• Technical experience with business information systems is required
• Direct personnel management experience is necessary
• Professional Certification CPIM/CSCP, APICS is highly desired
