Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Development who will manage customer accounts and drive growth and retention of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts
  • Oversee the Success Planning process and ensure execution aligns with customer goals and ROI
  • Manage contract renewals and identify growth opportunities for additional products and services
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in higher education, preferably in leadership roles
  • Experience delivering executive business reviews to senior-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Applications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience
