Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Development who will manage customer accounts and drive growth and retention of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts
- Oversee the Success Planning process and ensure execution aligns with customer goals and ROI
- Manage contract renewals and identify growth opportunities for additional products and services
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in higher education, preferably in leadership roles
- Experience delivering executive business reviews to senior-level executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Applications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience
