Job Summary

To support a growing Customer Development team, the remote Director of Customer Development will identify solutions for critical needs, manage strategic accounts, and mentor team members while driving account growth and delivering strategic services in higher education.

Key responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain high-trust relationships with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders
  • Lead the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Services portfolio, including change management plans
  • Create and manage customer Success Plans that align with institutional goals, ensuring customer outcomes and contract renewals
Required qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 12+ years of professional experience in higher education or EdTech
  • Leadership experience in areas such as Student Success or Enrollment Management
  • Proven ability to deliver executive business reviews to senior-level executives
  • Experience in designing and managing strategic services for institutional customers
