Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Digital Experience to lead strategy and execution for customer-facing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, UX, product design, or related fields
  • Strong experience with SaaS and customer-facing digital products
  • Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience in a player-coach role, combining leadership with direct execution
  • Demonstrated success in building or improving UX frameworks and design standards
