Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Digital Experience to lead strategy and execution for customer-facing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product and experience strategy for a defined area of the customer-facing platform
- Guide UX research, UI/UX design direction, and maintain experience quality
- Foster cross-functional alignment to effectively translate customer needs into product experiences
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, UX, product design, or related fields
- Strong experience with SaaS and customer-facing digital products
- Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in a player-coach role, combining leadership with direct execution
- Demonstrated success in building or improving UX frameworks and design standards
