Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Education & Enablement to lead and scale customer learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the customer education vision, roadmap, and outcomes across various learning stages
  • Manage and coach a team to foster growth and ensure high-quality instructional design
  • Oversee content strategy, production, and delivery of training materials while measuring program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning design roles, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience building education programs for accounting or bookkeeping professionals
  • Proven track record of using AI tools to enhance content creation and delivery
  • People leadership experience, including coaching and developing remote teams
  • Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with learning systems and data-driven decision-making
