Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Education & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the customer education vision, roadmap, and outcomes
  • Manage and coach a high-impact team while fostering a culture of excellence in instructional design
  • Own the content strategy and oversee the delivery and measurement of educational programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning design roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience building and scaling education programs for accounting or bookkeeping professionals
  • Proven track record of using AI tools for content creation and delivery
  • People leadership experience, including coaching and developing remote teams
  • Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with learning systems
