Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Enablement and Technical Content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for customer education and technical documentation
  • Lead and inspire a team of technical writers and content creators
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive cross-company initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a technical content or learning department
  • Experience with SaaS and On-prem software products
  • Demonstrated success in enabling technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile environments with frequent product releases
  • Familiarity with software development processes and code interpretation
