Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer & Internal Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enablement strategy and operating plans for internal and customer-facing teams
- Lead the Enablement Center of Excellence to establish standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Design and implement training and resources for internal teams and customers to enhance engagement and drive adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, customer success, operations, or related fields, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or benefits administration
- Proven experience in building enablement frameworks or Centers of Excellence with measurable outcomes
- Strong strategic and operational skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics and customer insights
