Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer & Internal Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enablement strategy and operating plans for internal and customer-facing teams
  • Lead the Enablement Center of Excellence to establish standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Design and implement training and resources for internal teams and customers to enhance engagement and drive adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, customer success, operations, or related fields, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or benefits administration
  • Proven experience in building enablement frameworks or Centers of Excellence with measurable outcomes
  • Strong strategic and operational skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics and customer insights
