Job Summary
Leading customer-facing technical alignment and platform enablement activities, the full-time Director of Customer Platform Enablement will bridge Sales, Customers, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Solutions teams to translate customer opportunities into structured technical engagements while enhancing platform readiness and ecosystem adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and opportunity qualification for strategic customer and partner engagements
- Translate customer requirements into structured technical and product inputs
- Coordinate customer-driven readiness reviews, technical alignment discussions, and deployment planning activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in AI infrastructure, AI systems, or semiconductor platforms
- Experience in cross-functional roles involving Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing engagements
- Understanding of AI inference systems and deployment infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead complex technical customer and partner engagements independently
- Strong communication and organizational alignment skills
