Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Engagement Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer and partner engagement by collaborating with sales, business development, and product teams
  • Surface and synthesize customer and partner insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Engage cross-functionally to address complex customer needs and contribute to high-performing team initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in product, sales, strategy, partnerships, or similar functions; 4+ years in management consulting preferred
  • Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and make independent judgment calls
  • Strong business acumen with prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to build consensus among senior stakeholders in cross-functional settings
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and proficiency with productivity tools like PowerPoint and Excel
