Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the end-to-end customer experience strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Build and scale a high-performing customer experience organization while driving initiatives for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead Voice of Customer programs and use data-driven analysis to inform improvements in support operations and customer journeys
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in customer experience or service operations leadership
  • Proven success in building and managing customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong operational and technical proficiency with CX systems and support platforms
  • Experience in designing scalable support strategies and customer journey frameworks
