Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end customer experience strategy in alignment with company goals
- Build and scale a high-performing customer experience organization while driving initiatives for customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead Voice of Customer programs and use data-driven analysis to inform improvements in support operations and customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in customer experience or service operations leadership
- Proven success in building and managing customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong operational and technical proficiency with CX systems and support platforms
- Experience in designing scalable support strategies and customer journey frameworks
